Dave Bowes - Proprietor
Time served in maintenance engineering at ICI fibres in Harrogate. Worked for Dunlopillo UK for nine years as maintenance engineer on factory production machinery and services, latterly as a project engineer. Then worked for Kimberly Clark UK initially as maintenance engineer and latterly as a project engineer installing production machinery and upgrading machines at their facilities. Formed DB Engineering in 1999. Main areas of experience in maintenance and installation of plant and services.
Nev Hutchings
A time served marine engineer and worked in merchant navy for several years before embarking on a career with Dunlopillo UK as a maintenance engineer where he was engineering foreman for ten years. Started for DB Engineering in February 1999. Main areas of experience: maintenance and installation of both plant and services.
Pete Harrison
Time served fabricator. Has worked for a wide range of companies providing fabrication services to industry, latterly for Paraloy near Middlesborough where he was a fabricator/inspector. Started for DB Engineering in April 2000 and is an invaluable asset. Main areas of experience: fabrication and making the awkward seem easy.
Diane Bowes
Qualifications - HD in Applicable Mathematics. Experienced in computing and administration. Company secretary and logistical organiser. Working behind the scenes from the outset then joined the staff in May 2002.
